Ned Presnall, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the owner/director of Plan Your Recovery. Ned uses cognitive behavioral therapy and empathic, interpersonal support to help clients understand the sources of their emotional distress and unwanted patterns of behavior. Building on this knowledge, he helps clients draw on their strengths and capacities to plan and carry out programs of change. Robert Riley, II is a Certified Reciprocal Substance Abuse Counselor and person in long-term recovery. He helps patients and families with addiction find hope and develop the skills they need for recovery. Robert is the co-founder of MO Network, an outreach center in South St. Louis focused on reducing the harms associated with drug use, facilitating entry to treatment, and affirming the dignity of persons with addiction. Michelle Charbonnier received her bachelor’s in business administration, management and entrepreneurship from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. In 2015, she found her passion in helping people find recovery from substance use disorder and has been pursuing this work ever since. Michelle is an internationally certified reciprocal drug and alcohol counselor, certified facilitator of SMART Recovery and Seeking Safety, and registered yoga instructor who draws on yoga and mindfulness to support persons in recovery. Matthew Silva has worked in the field of addiction for the past 18 years. During this time, he managed an acute drug and alcohol medical stabilization unit and served as both a President and Vice President at Substance Abuse Inpatient and Outpatient programs. He held positions as a Clinical Director and counselor at multiple facilities. Matthew developed and successfully launched his own treatment center and transitional living home. He served on the Board of Missouri Addiction Counselors Association as the Eastern Missouri Representative. In addition, he served on the CRC Executive Board of Directors for Sober Living by the Sea Treatment Center. He is a graduate adjunct faculty member at Maryville University. Matthew’s education earned him a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Maryville University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University. He will obtain his Doctorate of Psychology in December 2021.

Julia Katzman is a clinical practicum student pursuing her Masters of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. Nick Niles is a filmmaker, musician, and award-winning graphic designer living and working in Zürich, Switzerland. He studied in the Design & Technology masters program at Parsons School of Design in New York City, and received an MFA in Film Directing from Columbia University. During the day, he’s the Head of Product Design at Voice Republic. He’s passionate about helping people tell their stories.
