Sean Sudekum

Sean Sudekum received her master's in social work from Washington University in St. Louis. She specializes in the cognitive treatment of mental health problems, with particular focus on teens and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance use. Sean uses psychodynamic therapy rooted in attachment theory to help clients understand the origins of their patterns, and cognitive therapy to help them change unhealthy ways of thinking and behaving.
